This gentle, nurturing massage is for people who do not want deep pressure. This massage will help you feel rested and relaxed and will help you get a good night's sleep!
An excellent massage for a person suffering from anxiety, stress, being overwhelmed, or simply needing some time for relaxation and peace.

Therapeutic Focused Massage
This session is focused on specific areas of chronic and ongoing pain or tension. We will discuss before your treatments what muscle groups are needing attention with an assessment. Various techniques ranging from gentle therapies and stretching, to deep tissue massage and cupping will be applied to help you relieve pain and simply feel better.

Manual Lymphatic Drain
MLD is a great place to start if you have lymphedema, post-surgical swelling or want to enhance your overall health and immunity. The Lymphatic system is a big part of our immune system. This relaxing and restorative therapy is unique and yields profound changes throughout the body.

Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a gentle technique intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph. This session is specifically for headaches, sinus problems, and allergies.
