Cancellations/Rescheduling
As a sole practitioner, 100% of my income comes from my valued clients (that's you!).

I have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. When you cancel on short notice, my livelihood is jeopardized. You're also taking an appointment away from someone who could benefit from my care.

If you can't make a scheduled appointment, you can cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. You agree to pay 50% of the scheduled session if you give less than 24 hours notice.

You agree to pay the total session rate if you give less than 2 hours notice or are a no-show for an appointment.
​
If you currently have a package, you will forfeit one of the sessions on that package. Gift Certificates will be forfeited for no-shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice.
If you develop a contagious illness within 24 hours of your scheduled session or sudden, unplanned health or personal emergency and can't make it to your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible.
If you fill your spot, I’ll waive the fee. So you can send a friend of any gender to see me.
Think of your appointment like a purchased ticket. If you can’t make it, you either send a friend to your place or absorb the cost. Appointments are no different.

I also honor my policy in reverse! If I ever cancel on you on short notice, your next massage is free. I value your time and expect the same.
Arriving on Time/Session Length
The time of your appointment is for hands-on time. Please add enough time for a quick chat about your goals for the session.

I will email you a confidential client health history form (new clients) to fill out before the appointment. Please fill it out so I can customize your treatment accordingly. The health history form must be updated once a year, or any time there are changes to your health conditions.

I do my best to maximize your hands-on time. Please keep in mind that if you don't fill out the forms emailed before the appointment, that time will be taken from your hands-on time of the appointment time.

I want you to know that you are accountable for informing me of any medical treatment, medication, and old or new health conditions.
​
I can only release the information in your file with your consent or as required by law.
​
Your commitment is to communicate your preferences and feedback before, during, or after the massage so I can deliver the best massage session for you.
​
Please always share if anything is distracting you or if you feel unwell or uncomfortable during the session so I can make adjustments.
Credit Card on File
This time is scheduled for you and only you, so I require a credit card on file or prepayment to reserve and guarantee your appointment. However, the credit card WILL NOT be charged unless you do not adhere to the Cancellation/No-Show policy.
